Lifetime Warranty Information for Diamond Lab

At Diamond Lab, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our jewelry. We stand behind our products and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our ring products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the piece, ensuring your utmost satisfaction.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for inspection by our expert production team. If we determine that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or, if necessary, replace it. If the item is no longer available, we may, at our discretion, replace it with a similar item or offer a refund equal to the selling price of the original item.

Annual Care - Rings

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your ring, we recommend having it cleaned and inspected annually or following any potential trauma. Regular inspections can help prevent stone loss and extend the life of your ring. That’s why we offer a lifetime annual care package for your Diamond Lab ring. Simply send your ring back to us, and we’ll give it a thorough cleaning and polishing, as well as ensure everything is in order.

We kindly ask that you cover the shipping cost to us, and we will cover the return shipping. Any necessary repairs to your ring mounting can be performed at this time, at an additional cost.

Conditions and Exclusions

The lifetime warranty and complimentary services are available only to the person who purchased the covered product from Diamond Lab.

Maintenance, repair, sizing, or other services performed by someone other than Diamond Lab will void your lifetime warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from a failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the product’s integrity is also not covered.

Examples of common jewelry issues not covered by our warranty include:

  • Dents, nicks, and scratches due to normal wear

  • Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing

  • Damage from hands-on activities such as weightlifting, rock climbing, gardening, or other projects requiring to work with your hands

  • Wear and tear on prongs and precious metals requiring restoration or repair

  • Loss of stones due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or damage

Bracelets, Necklaces, and Earrings Warranty

At Diamond Lab, we also stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. We offer a lifetime warranty on these products, covering manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for inspection by our expert production team.

If we determine that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or, if necessary, replace it. If the item is no longer available, we may, at our discretion, replace it with a similar item or offer a refund equal to the selling price of the original item.

If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you immediately and inform you if repair services are available at an additional cost.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship are unique and individual to each item. Natural characteristics or internal inclusions in diamonds and gemstones (visible or non-visible) are also unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the character of the item and should not be considered defects.

  • Dents, nicks, and scratches due to normal wear

  • Damage from hands-on activities or contact with hard surfaces
