This also includes our return, delivery, and payment conditions (all conditions combined form our “Terms and Conditions”). Please note that these Terms and Conditions also apply to all contracts you enter with us by means of distance communication, such as telephone (e.g., when you view items on the Website and call us directly to place an order).

Product Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to avoid such errors. We reserve the right to correct any and all pricing and product information errors. In the occasion that such an error does occur, Diamond Lab does not honor erroneous pricing or product information. In the event of an error or misrepresentation, we will employ our best efforts to notify you via email or telephone. If the error is discovered prior to shipment of a product sold on Diamond Lab, we will notify you, cancel the order and provide accurate product and pricing information. Diamond Lab reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason such as pricing errors, failure to receive timely payments or any use or cause deemed appropriate or necessary by Diamond Lab. If the order has already shipped, we will require that you return the product(s) unused, pay the difference between the actual and charged price or purchase an alternative product(s).
Our product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is no longer available because it was sold, inaccurately represented or it was not updated at the time of your order in our system, we will notify you accordingly and offer a similar product(s). If a product of interest is no longer available, please contact us and we can let you know when the product or a similar product will be available. We apologize in advance for any issues or inconveniences this may cause.
Orders created with bank wire transfer are only confirmed or deemed valid orders once a payment is made and received by Diamond Lab. Diamonds are placed on hold for a period of no more than 24 hours after the bank wire order is created. Diamonds are then made available to other customers for purchase or sale.
If you’re interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Jewelry that has previously been available on diamondlab.com is subject to removal at any time by Diamond Lab’s sole discretion.
We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.
Product Descriptions & Crafting
Diamond Lab makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on its website(s) as accurately as possible. However, the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, will affect the colors that you actually see on your screen. Diamond Lab cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product color, texture or detail will be accurate. All Diamond Lab product displays and images are intended representations and may contain inaccuracies that differ from saleable products. Diamond Lab may improve the quality of its products occasionally, which may not be represented in its on-site product descriptions. In addition, Diamond Lab does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable current or error-free. While Diamond Lab makes every effort to ensure that our products are described and priced accurately, in the event that an item is deemed to be priced incorrectly, Diamond Lab reserves the right to refuse sale of that item.
Please note that for all engagement rings with a lab-grown diamond center, all accent diamonds set within that engagement ring will be lab accent diamonds. For an engagement ring with a natural diamond center, all accent diamonds set within that ring will be natural accent diamonds. Accent diamonds are chosen to match each other and the center diamond.
Photography
Items may appear larger or smaller than actual size due to photography methods or screen defaults. Images might also appear larger than actual size in order to show detail, or smaller than actual size in order to show an entire item. It is your responsibility to review the listed size and weight of each stone and not rely on photographs when determining your purchase.
Made for Order
All our items are made for order. The time from order to dispatch can take 4-6 weeks. As soon as the package is sent, the customer is notified via email or SMS. This is subject to change without notice.

Diamond Lab hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of the diamonds.

Laboratory Grown Diamonds and Gemstones
Diamond Lab sells jewelry items with diamonds and gemstones of laboratory origin. This means that our diamonds and gemstones are as real as mined diamonds and gemstones but instead of being extracted from earth, they are grown in a laboratory. Our lab-grown diamonds and gemstones have the exact identical chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds. Diamond Lab lab-grown diamonds are NOT diamond simulants like cubic zirconia or moissanite stones.
Please be aware that there are various expressions for laboratory-grown diamonds and gemstones, that you may come across on our website or on our social media. Here you will find a list of various word choices: lab-grown, laboratory grown, lab-created, cultivated, sustainably grown, eco-friendly, eco-conscious, earth-friendly, above-ground, man-made, conflict-free.
